Samba TV: Hi-Res at CES

A collection of pieces that were created for Samba TV's CES presence. The "Hi-Res" theme was consistent throughout the booth design, printed collateral, and digital marketing.

 

Objective:

Create a booth at CES emphasizing Samba TV’s brand and the “HI-RES” theme. Highlight the products that Samba has to offer and establish the company as the source for “what you need to know about TV.” Book meetings and create buzz before CES to attract clients and consumers to the booth. 

Solution:

I created a collection of pieces for Samba TV’s graphic theme titled “Experience your audience in HI-RES” and implemented it in every piece of printed collateral and digital messaging. Before the event, I designed and sent out multiple emails to book meetings that directly resulted in us exceeding our goal and booking 175+ meetings. I created postcards with interesting facts about TV viewership sourced directly from Samba TV’s data and dispersed them around the convention center to drive foot traffic to the booth. I also created digital graphics to promote on social media, like Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and Twitter.

Key Learnings:

I learned a lot of valuable insights from not only designing assets for CES, but also from attending a tradeshow. The postcards that I designed looked great, and I received positive feedback from people in the booth. I also realized that while people are waiting for meetings in the booth, it would have been nice to have an interactive experience to keep them entertained, like a photo booth.
